Episode 2: when Human Met Creature
For decades, filmmakers have been trying to make us believe that a human actor and a creature are sharing a scene together. In the '90s, special effects took a big leap from puppets to computer animation -- but yet for some reason, the characters seemed less believable. I also talk with Stephanie D'Abruzzo who performed Kate Monster in the musical Ave Q, and she's worked on Sesame Street for 20 years.
